This isn't another sleep training program...
It's not a method that asks you to let your child cry while you sit on the other side of a door, wondering if you're doing the right thing. It's not a rigid schedule you have to start at 6 weeks or miss the window. And it's not a generic plan that was built for someone else's child.
You've already decided you want to parent differently. You want to respond to your child, not just manage them. You believe connection matters. You just haven't always had a clear path for how to take action on that, especially in the middle of the night when you're running on empty and your child is wide awake.
This is a 6-week guided experience that teaches you how to read your child's sleep communication, understand what's actually getting in the way of sleep, and lead your family into rhythms that actually work, so you can feel calm, confident, and rested again.
If you've been following the advice and still feel like nothing sticks, that's not a you problem. You haven't been given the right foundation. That's what we're building here.
If you are done guessing and ready to actually understand what your child needs, you are in exactly the right place.
This is for you if...
- You've tried everything... multiple approaches, schedules, apps, sleep training, maybe a book or two, and something would work for a few days, then stop working. You're living in inconsistency, and you can't figure out why.
- Your child has been described as sensitive, alert, or has FOMO, fear or missing out. They don't fit neatly into any method you've read about. They notice everything, resist transitions, and seem to need more from you than other children their age.
- Whether you have a newborn, an infant, a toddler, or a preschooler, the root cause matters more than the age. This program meets you where your child actually is.
- You feel like you spend every nap, every bedtime, every early wake-up either dreading it or recovering from it. The mental load of sleep is exhausting you more than the actual lost sleep.
- You know something needs to change, but you're terrified of making it worse. You second-guess every decision. You don't trust yourself yet.
- You've been told to just let them cry- it out, and something in you says no, I can't just let them cry-it out, but you also know what you're doing now isn't sustainable either.
- You want a plan. But what you actually need is to understand your child and stop fighting sleep. You want someone to help you see what's really happening so you can make a decision you feel good about.
- You are at or near the "I can't keep doing this" breaking point, not because you're failing, but because you've been trying to solve the wrong problem.
If you read that list and thought: That's me, keep reading. You are exactly who this was built for.

How this works: The SLEEP Framework
Every week of the program follows one letter of the SLEEP path. This is not a checklist. It is a journey.
Each step moves you from overwhelmed and reactive to grounded, clear, and leading.
Welcome
Week
July 23
💜Welcome Week means you slow down before you speed up.
You get familiar and grounded with your community, your tools, and support.
You recognize that learning is a process, and it starts now, in the ordinary, mundane moments where the real learning actually happens.
S -- Show
Up
Week 1 | July 30
💜 Showing up means you're calm, confident, and rested.
It's a mindset shift, not control, but leadership.
You stay steady under pressure, communicate clearly, and know that being still is the response. That's how you do hard things together.
L -- Lead and Listen
Week 2 | Aug 6
💜 You lead as your family's kind and firm leader.
Leading means understanding your child's communication so you can teach, not tell.
You listen to understand and to respond, and that's what builds trust and respect in your relationship.
E -- Evaluate and Observe
Week 3 | Aug 13
💜 You pause before you respond.
You notice how your environment, your routines, and your own communication support the rhythm and flow of your day.
You see the patterns. You see the skills that still need to be built.
E -- Empower and Validate
Week 4 | Aug 27
💜You acknowledge the big feelings, and you recognize your role.
You're not here to fix. You're here to support. That's what builds the trust and respect that lets your child settle, get comfortable, and build lifelong skills.
You build capacity, and you learn how everyone can do hard things.
P -- Play and Be Empowered
Week 5 | Sept 03
💜 Relaxed. Playful. A little magical.
Not to entertain, but to engage in ways that let you be who you were created to be.
You reset in the different seasons of parenting, and you show up supporting instead of fixing.
Present Leadership Over Control
Show up. Lead. Evaluate. Empower. Play.
The SLEEP Framework is how you lead your child to sleep, calm, confident, and rested.
This is how we get sleep and keep sleep.

I'm In — Let's Do This!Sleep Coaching Success Stories
"Working with Irene felt like a partnership, not someone handing me a list of rules. She leads with questions, not judgment, and the way she teaches sleep, feeding, play—it all builds together in a way that finally made sense. I went from feeling like nothing was working to actually understanding what my son needed."
— Mom of an 18-month-old toddler
"I came in for sleep support and got so much more than I expected. Irene gave me the encouragement and specific direction I needed to actually move forward. Now my son asks to go to his crib, and I feel like I'm enjoying parenting in a way I didn't with my older kids."
— Mom of a 10-month-old
"It was good to finally have a plan, but what surprised me most was realizing I needed to work on myself to help my son. Irene helped me see that. She never made me feel like I was doing it wrong. She just helped me understand what he needed and what I needed to show up for him."
— Mom of a 5-month-old infant

Hi, I'm Irene.
I became a parent in 2006 during one of the hardest seasons of my life. My husband was going through some serious health challenges. I was sleep deprived in a way I didn't know was possible. I had anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and a level of overwhelm I had never experienced before.
And the thing that made it so disorienting was that I was an educator. I knew about children. But knowing about children and understanding your own child are two completely different things. I learned that the hard way.
I became a certified Gentle Sleep Coach with Kim West in 2011. And even with that training, I still had blind spots in my parenting journey. I still had seasons where I was stuck. Hiring my own coach and getting support to help me see what I couldn't see from inside it changed everything.
That's the story I carry into every family I work with. Not because I have it all figured out. Because I know what it feels like to be at the breaking point, to have tried everything, to not trust yourself, to wonder if this is ever going to get better.
I am a Family Sleep Coach, certified Postpartum Doula, and Infant Feeding Specialist. I have worked with hundreds of families, newborns through school-age children. And every single one of them came to me with the same core struggle: their child was not sleeping and they were exhausted. What I've come to understand is that it's a sleep communication problem. They were trying to fix the behavior when what they needed was to understand the message. They were solving the wrong problem.
A parent can lead their child to sleep because they show up calm, confident, and rested.
That is not a tagline. That is what I have watched happen in family after family when they stop trying to fix sleep and start learning how to support it.

Questions parents ask before they join:
Is this program right for us?
When will my child start sleeping better?
Do I have to do cry-it-out?
We've already tried a lot of things. Why would this be different?
I'm exhausted. Is this going to be a lot of work?
What if I can't make all the live calls?
What happens after the 6 weeks?
How is this different from private sleep coaching?
What if things get harder before they get easier?
If you have read this far, something in here resonated.
That is worth paying attention to.
-
You have been trying to figure this out. You have been reading, researching, adjusting, holding on. And you are still here, still looking, which means you haven't given up. That matters.
-
What you are looking for is not one more method. It is clarity. It is the ability to walk into your child's room at night and know what is happening, know what your role is, and trust yourself enough to lead.
That is what this program builds. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But consistently, step by step, in a small group of parents who are doing the same work alongside you.
A parent can lead their child to sleep because they show up calm, confident, and rested.
You can get there. This is how.
