"We started Irene’s sleep coaching program when our little boy was just over a year old. It was seriously LIFE CHANGING. My son was taking nearly an hour of rocking/walking to fall asleep each night and was only sleeping for 1-3 hours at a time. I was exhausted and eventually started cosleeping. I was getting about 5 hours of broken sleep each night and needed major help. With Irene’s gentle program we went from cosleeping and being rocked to fall asleep to falling asleep on his own and sleeping for about 11 hours per night in 3 weeks! She gave me the confidence I needed to coach my son to sleep with minimum stress and minimal tears. It was great for my husband and I to be able to support our son each step of the coaching. It has been a few months since we completed the program and we are all so sleeping great!
